This estate grown white has been a perennial favorite at Perissos; a beautiful expression of this Rhone varietal. The classic varietal nose of citrus, mango and honeysuckle aromatics gives way to bright acidity and a mouth filling peach, apricot signature with hints of ginger spice, salinity and a medium finish. Aged in stainless steel, this wine plays well with everything from shellfish to richer roasted chicken and spicier dishes.
