The 2020 vintage offers a medium straw color and a nose of apple, citrus, grapefruit and pineapple. The citrus and apple notes continue on the palate along with a bright, forward acidity that characterizes this variety. Stainless steel aging and absence of secondary fermentation produces a balance of clarity and fuller mouth feel with a clean finish. More than ever, this is an ideal pairing with shellfish, seafood, charcuterie and milder, salty cheeses.

Acacia is a very special wood in the Bible as it was the material used to build the Ark of the Covenant. For that reason we decided to experiment and age our 2019 Reserve Roussanne in Acacia barrels. This wine offers a medium body, crisp acidity and a clean finish. Grown at One Way Vineyard; soil type is Pullman clay loam; vineyard elevation is 3,140 ft. Fermented at 56 degrees F; Malolactic fermentation conducted after primary.
